Post and Packing

Our standard charge for post and packing to a mainland U.K. address is £4.95 per order under £200 with free delivery on orders over that amount. We aim to deliver between 1 and 5 working days from accepting your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels at cost. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct. Quicker, or prearranged time deliveries are possible at extra cost. Please ring or email for details. If your order is likely to be over 14 days, we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date. Any orders (except personalised or specially ordered non-stock items) may be cancelled before dispatch without cost and any pre-payments will be reimbursed. Where your method of payment is by credit or debit card, the card holder address must be that to which the card is registered. Payment by credit or debit card will not be taken until the day of dispatch.

Within 14 days of receipt you may return the goods for a refund or exchange for any reason, providing they are returned complete as dispatched, including undamaged packaging, labels, instructions, etc. the goods are not used, and are in a re-saleable condition. Food and other perishable or dated goods, videos, computer software, personalised or specially ordered items, printed media such as magazines, books, etc. are not returnable unless faulty. We recommend that a service be used where proof of delivery is available and adequate insurance cover is available. We are sorry that the cost of post and packaging cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered. Please send your original receipt with the goods. Where our delivery cost is more than that charged, we reserve the right to deduct the difference from the refund
